Flexible scheduling, seasonal positions and our Staff Leveling Program – featuring financial compensation for participation above the base rate – allow you to create a work strategy that works for you.
Our flexible scheduling includes 10-month seasonal positions with two months off during the slow summer season. We also offer PRN positions, which require 48 hours per month during the winter and spring, and 12 hours per month during the summer and fall. Remaining positions are traditional shifts with weekend requirements, and the majority of our shifts are 12 hours in length. We also offer a weekend incentive.
